About this resource
This service provides comprehensive medical care for both adults and children, covering immunizations, mental health evaluations and counseling, women's reproductive health services (such as Pap tests and breast exams), family planning, contraception, pregnancy testing, prenatal care, and assessments for drug and alcohol use. Additionally, it helps individuals apply for the Oregon Health Plan and private insurance options available through the Federal Health Exchange.
Intake Process: To begin, call to set up an appointment.
Location/Travel: Accessible via TriMet bus lines 1, 4, 9, 25, 26, 80 and the MAX Blue Line to the Gresham Central Transit Center.
Fees: The service accepts OHP, Medicare, and various private insurance plans. An office visit fee of $35 is charged for uninsured patients, with sliding scale fees available to assist with costs. No one will be denied service due to an inability to pay.
