Offers a comprehensive array of general health services at the clinic, including physical examinations, minor injury care, immunizations, child wellness clinics, nutrition advice, mental health assessments, diabetes and STI testing, educational resources, breast cancer screenings, tobacco cessation programs, addiction evaluations and treatments, along with assistance for Oregon Health Plan (OHP) eligibility.

Fees: Based on a sliding scale.
