About this resource
This initiative provides screenings and diagnostics for breast and cervical cancer through a network of healthcare providers. It aims to alleviate the cancer burden by promoting early detection, conducting risk assessments, facilitating education, and connecting individuals to medical care.
Intake Procedure: Schedule an appointment via phone.
Fees: No charges.
Who can use this
- -Individuals aged 18-39 requiring breast or cervical cancer diagnostic services (as assessed by a clinician) -Individuals aged 40 and above needing breast or cervical cancer screenings and/or diagnostics -Residents or those planning to reside in Oregon -Household income must be at or below 250% of the federal poverty level -Must be uninsured or have insufficient insurance coverage Men of any age showing symptoms of breast cancer qualify for breast and genetic services. U.S. citizenship is not a prerequisite for participating in the ScreenWise program.
