This program offers breast and cervical cancer screenings and diagnostics through a network of providers, focusing on early detection and education to mitigate cancer risks.

Who can use this
- -Individuals aged 18-39 requiring breast or cervical cancer diagnostic services (as determined by a clinician) -Individuals aged 40 and above needing breast or cervical cancer screening and/or diagnostic services -Must reside or plan to reside in Oregon -Household income must be at or below 250% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL) -Must be uninsured or have insufficient insurance coverage Men of any age showing symptoms of breast cancer qualify for breast and genetic services. Citizenship in the United States is not a requirement to enroll in the ScreenWise program.
