Who can use this
- Applicants must fulfill all of the following requirements: -Reside in Multnomah County -Face significant risk of homelessness -Have a household income at or below 60% of the area median income (AMI)
Documents you may need
- For rental assistance programs, all of the following are required: -Identification for all adults over the age of 18. Driver's licenses/state ID cards, Social Security cards, passports, or birth certificates are accepted forms. -Proof of income such as a pay stub, or Supplemental Security Income (SSI), Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI), child support, TANF award letters. A personal statement may also be accepted on a case by case basis. -Current leasing information -Copy of eviction notice or Section 8 letter, if applicable
