The services provided include regular physical exams and sports physicals, care for illnesses and injuries, vision and hearing assessments, dental check-ups, blood pressure evaluations, immunizations, mental health services, age-appropriate reproductive health care, routine laboratory tests, prescription medication management, along with health, fitness, and nutrition education and promotion.
Intake Procedure: Schedule an appointment by calling.
Fees: Accepts OHP, certain private insurance plans, and offers a sliding scale for fees. Students will not be denied services due to financial constraints.
