About this resource

The program delivers mental health assessments and evaluations, various counseling options (individual, couples, family, and group), case management, cultural activities, Native parenting classes, foster parent support groups, and access to physical health services. It also assists with Healthy Native Kids (OHP/CHIPRA) insurance and offers comprehensive support for Native youth with diverse needs. Referrals to additional resources are available, and the program provides diapers as well. Staff members are trained in cultural competence to effectively deliver programming, which includes Master's-level counselors, social workers, certified alcohol and drug counselors (CADC), psychologists, child psychiatrists, and nurse practitioners. Student interns pursuing CADC or counseling qualifications may also participate under licensed staff supervision. The program is certified by the State of Oregon to offer mental health and addiction treatment for individuals of all ages.

  • Wraparound care is available for Native American youth aged 9-21, while other services cater to families with minor children identifying as Native American.
