About this resource
This service provides comprehensive pediatric care, encompassing well baby and child checkups, physical examinations, acute care for illnesses and injuries, and management of chronic conditions such as asthma, allergies, and diabetes. Additionally, it offers pelvic and Pap exams, contraception services, screening and treatment for sexually transmitted infections, and immunizations.
Intake Procedure: Contact for details or to schedule an appointment; it's advisable to call in advance for walk-in hours.
Travel/Location: Accessible via the MAX line to Lloyd Center and all buses stopping at Lloyd Center Mall.
Fees: Accepts various OHP plans including Health Share/Care Oregon, along with select private insurance. Uninsured patients who pay on the day of service incur a fee of $200 for general services, with additional costs for labs and other tests.
