About this resource
This initiative provides breast and cervical cancer screenings and diagnostics through a network of healthcare providers. It aims to lessen the impact of cancer by facilitating early detection, risk assessments, education, and connecting individuals to necessary medical treatment.
Intake Procedure: Schedule an appointment by phone.
Travel/Location: Conveniently located near the TriMet bus line 14 stop and within walking distance of the bus stop for line 15.
Fees: No charges apply.
Who can use this
- - Individuals aged 18-39 needing breast or cervical cancer diagnostic services (as determined by a clinician) - Individuals aged 40 or older requiring breast or cervical cancer screening and/or diagnostic services - Must reside or plan to reside in Oregon - Household income must be at or below 250% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL) - Must be uninsured or have insufficient insurance coverage - Men of any age with breast cancer symptoms are eligible for breast and genetic services. U.S. citizenship is not a prerequisite for participation in the ScreenWise program.
