Who can use this
- -Individuals aged 18-39 requiring diagnostic services for breast or cervical cancer (as assessed by a clinician) regardless of gender -Individuals aged 40 and above needing screening and/or diagnostic services for breast or cervical cancer, regardless of gender -Must reside or plan to reside in Oregon -Household income must be at or below 250% of the federal poverty level -Must be uninsured or have insufficient insurance coverage.
