About this resource
This initiative provides breast and cervical cancer screenings and diagnostic services through a network of healthcare providers, aiming to lessen the impact of cancer via early detection, risk assessment, education, and facilitating access to medical treatment.
Intake Procedure: Schedule an appointment by phone.
Fees: No costs involved.
Who can use this
- Individuals aged 18-39 requiring breast or cervical cancer diagnostic services, those 40 and older needing screenings or diagnostics, residents of Oregon, with a household income at or below 250% of the Federal Poverty Level, and those uninsured or underinsured are eligible. Men with breast cancer symptoms can also access services, and U.S. citizenship is not a requirement for the ScreenWise program.
