About this resource
This initiative provides screenings and diagnostic services for breast and cervical cancer through a network of healthcare providers. It aims to lessen the impact of cancer by promoting early detection, risk assessment, education, and connecting individuals to necessary medical care.
Intake Procedure: Schedule an appointment by calling
Travel/Location: Accessible via nearby TriMet bus and MAX stations. Situated on the 3rd floor of Professional Office Building 2.

Who can use this
- -Individuals aged 18-39 requiring breast or cervical cancer diagnostic services (as assessed by a clinician) -Individuals aged 40 and older needing breast or cervical cancer screening and/or diagnostic services -Residents or those planning to reside in Oregon -Household income at or below 250% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL) -Must be uninsured or have insufficient insurance coverage Men of any age exhibiting symptoms of breast cancer can access breast and genetic services. U.S. citizenship is not a prerequisite for participation in the ScreenWise program.
