About this resource
This service provides guidance on mortgage delinquency, foreclosure avoidance, loss mitigation, and resolving defaults. It includes education for home buyers, pre-purchase counseling, financial planning support, and an Individual Development Account (IDA) program.
Intake Process: Complete the intake form available on the website.
Costs: There is a small fee for a credit report if necessary, while home-buying education and pre-purchase counseling are free of charge.

- Open to all; however, the IDA program is exclusive to current participants.
