Community Resource

Serves: Portland, Multnomah County

About this resource

This initiative provides housing for youth facing complex challenges, aiming to foster their social and emotional development. Each resident enjoys a private bedroom while sharing communal spaces. Staff members assist with daily self-care routines and impart skills for independent living, complemented by mental and behavioral health support from licensed clinicians. In a nurturing atmosphere, residents pursue personal goals, develop coping mechanisms, and enhance self-advocacy skills. Please note that the program does not provide 2:1 or 1:1 caregiver-to-resident staffing ratios.

Intake Procedure: Reach out for intake or connect with the local community developmental disabilities program.
