About this resource

The program delivers safe and compassionate care aimed at helping youth achieve stabilization, with the majority being discharged in under three weeks. It creates a nurturing atmosphere where young individuals can heal, reflect, and cultivate skills for their overall well-being and development. Offered services encompass psychiatric evaluations and medication management, individual and family therapy, skill-building groups, daily therapeutic arts and recreational activities, continued educational enrollment through the Multnomah Education Service District, access to primary care assessments by nurse practitioners, and expedited psychological testing.

Intake Procedure: Interested parties should call for more details. The program accepts referrals from emergency departments, hospitals, outpatient clinicians, acute psychiatric units, and crisis response teams.

Fees: The program accepts Oregon Health Plan (OHP) and certain private insurance plans.
