About this resource
This program provides both transitional and permanent housing along with treatment and supportive services for those recovering from addiction, facilitated by peer mentors. Intensive outpatient programs (IOP) and outpatient treatment for substance use disorders are offered at multiple locations.

Fees: Costs depend on the specific services and housing options chosen. Oregon Health Plan (OHP) is accepted for treatment services.
