About this resource
The Central City Concern Old Town Recovery Center is a licensed outpatient program that addresses mental health and addiction challenges. It provides a range of services, including case management, counseling, treatment for addictions, support for co-occurring disorders, assistance with housing access and eviction prevention (available for clients only), as well as access to medical professionals and medication management.
Intake Procedure: You can either call for details or visit in person.
Fees: Accepted payment methods include OHP, Family Care, Care Oregon, and Health Share.

- Individuals facing severe and persistent mental health issues and/or substance use disorders.
