About this resource
This program offers medical detoxification and stabilization for individuals dealing with chemical dependency, including outreach services, sobering support, and sub-acute detoxification over a 6-10 day period. Clients will receive medical care for early withdrawal symptoms, counseling, and connections to other programs during their stay.
Intake Process: Individuals can walk in or email to begin the intake process.
Transportation: Accessible via MAX Blue, Red, and Yellow lines, as well as TriMet bus lines 17, 4, 44, 6, and 77.
Costs: Insurance is necessary, but there is assistance available for signing up for OHP, and a sliding scale fee structure is offered.
Who can use this
- Individuals must be 18 years or older and free from significant medical issues requiring hospital care.

- Insurance information if applicable. Proof of income if applying for sliding scale fees.
