About this resource

This initiative delivers mobile healthcare and a needle exchange service through the medical vans of Central City Concern and Outside In. It encompasses a comprehensive array of health services such as managing diseases, providing routine primary care, testing for HIV/STIs, offering women's health services, mental health support, and care for transgender individuals. Additionally, it assists with enrollment in the Oregon Health Plan (OHP) or other health insurance options. For the syringe exchange, participants receive a one-for-one exchange for any syringes they return, although no one will be denied service for not bringing any back.
