This private institution is committed to assisting children whose families are dealing with homelessness, housing changes, or ongoing economic difficulties. It offers a secure learning atmosphere with personalized academic programs, meals including breakfast, lunch, and snacks, as well as medical and dental care, referrals, clothing, basic necessities, and transportation to ensure regular school attendance for children in transition.

Who can use this
- The school serves children in grades Pre-K–8 from families in transition, experiencing homelessness, or unaccompanied youth. Homeless children and youth lack a stable, regular, and adequate nighttime residence, which includes those sharing housing due to economic hardship, living in motels, parks, or other unsuitable conditions, or migratory children in similar situations. Unaccompanied youth are those not under the care of a parent or guardian living independently in the aforementioned circumstances as defined by the McKinney-Vento Homeless Education Act.
