Who can use this
- Applicants must fulfill the following criteria: -At least 18 years old -US citizen or legal resident -High school diploma or GED with reading and math skills at an 8th-grade level -Possess or be eligible for a state driver’s license and auto insurance -Pass a drug test.

- Copy of high school diploma or GED, state ID card or driver's license, Social Security card, copy of National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC) testing scores
