About this resource
This initiative provides breast and cervical cancer screenings and diagnostic services via a network of healthcare providers, aiming to lessen the impact of cancer through early detection, risk assessment, educational outreach, and connections to medical treatment.

Fees: No charges apply.
Who can use this
- - Individuals aged 18-39 needing diagnostic services for breast or cervical cancer (as assessed by a clinician) - Individuals aged 40 and above requiring screening and/or diagnostic services - Must reside or plan to reside in Oregon - Household income must be at or below 250% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL) - Must be uninsured or have insufficient insurance coverage Men of any age showing symptoms of breast cancer qualify for breast and genetic services. Citizenship in the United States is not a requirement for participation in the ScreenWise program.
