Intake Procedure: Complete the residential interest form available on the website.
Travel/Location: Accessible via TriMet bus 15 at 10500 Block SE Cherry Blossom; Bus 20 at SE Washington & 105th Street and SE Stark & 105th; MAX green line at SE Main Street.
Fees: Accepts Oregon Health Plan (OHP) and most private insurance options.
Who can use this
- Individuals aged 18 and older with a primary diagnosis of alcohol or drug addiction.
