About this resource
The facility offers a comprehensive Dual Diagnosis Treatment (DDT) program that encompasses withdrawal management (detox), Medications for Addiction Treatment (MAT), and various types of residential care, including medically-supervised residential treatment, outpatient services, intensive outpatient programs, and DUII support. Additionally, patients have access to peer mentors and family therapy.
Intake Process: Individuals can walk in, with intake sessions lasting about 2.5 hours.
Location/Travel: Accessible via TriMet bus 15 (stop at 10500 Block SE Cherry Blossom), Bus 20 (stops at SE Washington & 105th Street and SE Stark & 105th), and the MAX green line (stop at SE Main Street).
Fees: The facility accepts Oregon Health Plan (OHP) and most private insurance options.
Who can use this
- Individuals aged 18 and older with a primary diagnosis of alcohol or drug addiction are eligible.
