Intake Process: Individuals can walk in, call, or check the website calendar for additional details. New clients will have an initial meeting with a case manager to discuss the available services.
Transportation: Accessible via TriMet bus 72, with a stop at 82nd Avenue and Johnson Creek Boulevard.
Cost: No fees are required.
