About this resource
This program delivers assessments for mental health and substance abuse issues. Experts offer consultations, referrals, support, and resources to staff, in addition to group therapy options, including Seeking Safety. All assessments and consultations are kept confidential unless there is a risk of harm to oneself or others, or in instances of abuse involving children, disabled individuals, or the elderly.
Intake Procedure: Please call for information or to access services; walk-ins are not permitted.
Travel/Location: Accessible via TriMet MAX Blue line and bus routes 15, 20, and 287.
Fees: There are no charges for services.

- Individuals affected by intimate partner violence and/or sexual assault.
