Apartment vacancy listings are refreshed roughly every 4-6 weeks on the website, and calls are accepted to report any misuse of the program.

Who can use this
- -Households with low income -Applicants must be 18 years or older or an emancipated minor under State Law -Individuals diagnosed with a terminal illness and given a life expectancy of 12 months or less can apply for priority status under Section 8.
