About this resource

The initiative is centered on early childhood development, delivered through case management home visits that encompass parent education, skill enhancement, developmental and health assessments, kindergarten readiness, and assistance in accessing community resources. Who can use this

  • Most Children's Programs: Ages 0-5; Child Abuse Prevention and Intervention Services (CAPI): Up to age 18.
