The initiative prioritizes early childhood development by conducting case management home visits that encompass parent education, skill enhancement, developmental and health assessments, kindergarten readiness support, and guidance in accessing community resources. It also offers safety measures and interventions for families in crisis to ensure children can stay in their homes or facilitate family reunification.

Intake Procedure: Interested individuals should call for details and complete intake forms during the initial home visit. Referrals may come from other agencies or IRCO programs.
