About this resource
This initiative delivers meals to homes, provides naturalization support, assists those who are homebound, offers limited transportation, case management, health and wellness programs, and serves as a leadership hub for older adults and their caregivers. An Information and Assistance specialist is on hand to offer guidance and referrals.

Fees: Vary by service, with a sliding scale for Oregon Project Independence (OPI) services; some services may be offered at no cost.
Who can use this
- Individuals must be 60 years or older, with some services requiring income eligibility.
Documents you may need
- ID for most services. For Naturalization services, permanent residency (green card) is required.
