This program provides various types of rent assistance, including support for rental deposits and application fees, as well as housing case management services. The assistance is limited and not guaranteed, operating on a first-come, first-served basis, with callbacks only for the first 40 callers. The rent assistance is capped at two months.

Who can use this

Families with children under 18 who are currently housed and earn at or below 50% of the Area Median Income (AMI) and face imminent homelessness are eligible, with priority given to SUN school families identifying as Asian Pacific Islanders or African Immigrants.
