This program offers urgent financial aid for electricity, gas, and heating fuels (oil, wood, propane) when appointments are accessible.

Intake Procedure: To schedule an appointment, call during open hours. Leave a message including the applicant's name, phone number, Social Security number, and the name of the utility provider. Please ensure to speak clearly and at a moderate pace.

Fees: There are no fees associated.

Documents you may need

  • Must bring all of the following: -Proof of address -Current utility bill in applicant's name -Social Security card or copy of Social Security number cards for all household members -Photo ID for all adults in the household -Proof of income for the past 30 days for all adults in the household (TANF, SSI, unemployment, pay stubs, pension, child support, etc.)
