About this resource
This service provides legal support for a range of immigration matters, including family and marriage-based petitions, naturalization applications, renewals for legal permanent residency and employment authorization, status adjustments, consular processing, the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program, Temporary Protected Status (TPS), non-immigrant and religious worker visas, among other immigration-related services.
Intake Procedure: For more information and to set up an appointment, please visit the website. Appointments can be made for in-person or virtual consultations. If you do not have internet access, please call for assistance.
Travel/Location: Accessible via TriMet route 77, at the NE Halsey and 168th Place stop.
Fees: - Initial consultation for in-person appointments costs $40 - Initial consultation for virtual appointments costs $80. Note that consultation fees do not cover any additional legal or filing costs that may apply.
