Offers legal assistance for various immigration matters, including visa applications, permanent residency, citizenship, consular processing, representation before USCIS (formerly known as INS), renewal of work permits or resident cards, asylum cases, and defense against deportation.
Intake Procedure: You can apply by calling, visiting the website, or walking in.
Fees: A screening fee of $50 is required.
Who can use this
- Initial consultations are open to everyone, but representation by an attorney or Accredited Representative requires income to be at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level.
