About this resource

This initiative connects individuals in the community to the Coordinated Entry Systems for housing assistance in Multnomah, Washington, Clackamas, and Clark Counties. Rental support is exclusively available for households that have been referred by the Coordinated Entry Systems. Staff collaborate with each household to create a personalized support plan that outlines goals and strategies aimed at achieving housing stability.

Intake Procedure: Interested individuals should call for information as walk-in services are not offered. All referrals for housing and rental assistance must come from the Coordinated Entry System.

Travel/Location: There is limited parking available; however, public transportation options such as the MAX blue line and TriMet bus line 20 are recommended, along with street parking.

Fees: There are no associated fees.
