Who can use this
- Applicants must be professional or semi-professional musicians with a significant medical or mental health issue that affects their work capacity. Specific requirements include being a musician (performer, recording artist, composer, arranger, DJ) who regularly performs or has three widely released recordings, a professional or semi-professional music industry worker (e.g., crew, sound, lighting), or a spouse, domestic partner, or dependent of someone who qualifies. Additionally, applicants must demonstrate financial need and have explored other resources like hospital charity care or Medicaid as advised by agency Navigators.
