Intake Process: Individuals should call to inquire about available appointments. If none are available, they should try again the following day. Walk-in appointments are not permitted.
Fees: There are no charges.
Who can use this
- Household income must be at or below 60% of the State Median Income, considering the gross income of all household members aged 18 and older. Some energy assistance programs may have additional criteria, such as age limits and the requirement for a Social Security number.
Documents you may need
- -Photo ID for all persons in the home age 18 or older -Social Security cards for anyone in the home who has one -Current utility bill -Income verification, such as a 30 day pay stub, Social Security benefits, TANF, pension, child support, unemployment etc.
