About this resource
The Center offers counseling and therapy for individuals, couples, families, and groups of all ages who are experiencing challenges related to mental health, addiction, and relationships. They also provide sex therapy and assistance with issues surrounding sexuality, gender identity, and gender transitions. Additionally, treatment is available for individuals and families struggling with problematic internet or gaming habits. All services are confidential, though the Center does not function as a crisis intervention facility or provide medication management; however, suitable referrals will be offered.
Intake Procedure: Initial phone screening can be arranged by calling or by filling out an online form on the website.
Travel/Location: The Center is situated near downtown Portland, sharing a location with the Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde, and is accessible via public transportation and bike routes.
Fees: The initial assessment costs $15, with a sliding scale of $10-$75 per session, taking financial hardship into account. The sliding scale fee will be discussed during the initial phone screening. Payments are accepted in cash or check only.
