About this resource
This initiative provides individual and group skills training, supported employment and education, housing assistance, life skills development, and psychiatric care for youth aged 14 to 25 who are facing significant mental health issues. The STRIDE program aims to connect these young individuals with resources that enhance their well-being and foster independence, including peer support, case management, outreach, and engagement opportunities.

Travel/Location: Accessible via TriMet Bus 6
Fees: Costs vary by program, but most LifeWorks Northwest services accept OHP/Medicaid and Medicare, with some programs available for uninsured individuals or offering free or reduced fees.

- Services are available for youth ages 14-25 with mental illness, specifically targeting those aged 16-24 with severe mental health conditions.
