About this resource
This program provides outpatient services aimed at addressing drug and alcohol use disorders for youth and their families, incorporating integrated mental health care. Services are accessible within the community, including schools. Additionally, there is a bilingual and culturally tailored outpatient program specifically designed for Latino youth and their families.

Travel/Location: Accessible via TriMet bus lines 4, 17, and 75
Fees: Costs vary by program. Most LifeWorks Northwest programs accept OHP/Medicaid and Medicare, while some also offer services to uninsured individuals on a sliding scale.

- Youth aged 12-18 (or 19 if still enrolled in high school) and their families.
