About this resource
Outpatient Mental Health Services offer various forms of support such as therapy, mental health evaluations, treatment planning, medication management, skills training, and consultations. Community-based assistance may also be provided as necessary.
Intake Process: Please call to initiate intake.
Transportation/Location: Accessible via TriMet bus lines 4, 17, and 75.
Costs: Fees differ depending on the program. Most LifeWorks Northwest programs accept OHP/Medicaid and Medicare, while some may cater to uninsured individuals or provide services at no cost or at a reduced rate.
