Outpatient Mental Health Services offer a variety of therapeutic options, mental health evaluations, treatment planning, medication oversight, skills training, and consultation services. Community-based assistance may also be available as required.
Intake Process: Please call to initiate intake.
Location/Travel: Accessible via TriMet Bus 4 on SE Division Street.
Costs: Fees differ by program. Most LifeWorks Northwest programs accept OHP/Medicaid and Medicare, while some may provide services to uninsured individuals or offer free or reduced-cost options.
