Who can use this
- Families with children aged 3-5 are eligible, particularly those with incomes at or below 100% of the Federal Poverty Level, as well as children in foster care, homeless children, and those from families receiving public assistance. Families with higher incomes may qualify based on specific needs, but those with greater needs will be prioritized.
