This program provides outreach and enrollment support to assist individuals in applying for SNAP (food stamps) and various state and local services.
Intake Procedure: Individuals can reach out via call, text, or email for information or to schedule an appointment. Assistance is available both over the phone and in person.
Fees: There are no fees associated with this service.
Who can use this
- To qualify for SNAP, income must be at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL). Eligibility for SNAP and other assistance is evaluated on an individual basis.
