About this resource
This service delivers primary healthcare for adults and children, featuring immunizations, mental health evaluations and counseling, women's reproductive health services (such as Pap tests and breast exams), family planning, contraception, pregnancy testing, prenatal care, and assessments for drug and alcohol use. Additionally, it provides assistance with applications for the Oregon Health Plan and private insurance through the Federal Health Exchange.
Intake Procedure: Schedule an appointment by phone.
Travel/Location: Accessible via TriMet bus line 72.
Fees: Accepts OHP, Medicare, and private insurance. There is a $35 fee for uninsured patients, with sliding scale options available to help with costs. No one will be denied service due to an inability to pay.
