About this resource
This program provides home visits, health education, and support groups for mothers from pregnancy until their child reaches two years old. It also includes affordable car seats and certified help with installation.

Travel/Location: Accessible via TriMet bus lines 6 and 72.
Costs: No fees involved.
Who can use this
- Eligible for home visiting services are pregnant African American women who are under 18 weeks pregnant; those beyond this point can still join support groups and classes.
