Intake Process: Walk-in
Fees: Vary depending on the service provided. The payment model is based on what individuals can afford. They accept OHP, Medicaid, Medicare, and certain private insurance plans. No one will be denied service due to an inability to pay.
Who can use this
- Vaccinations are available for individuals aged 18 and older; all other services have no restrictions.
