About this resource
The services provided include regular physical examinations, sports physicals, treatment for illnesses and injuries, screenings for vision and hearing, dental assessments, blood pressure checks, immunizations, mental health support, age-appropriate reproductive health services, routine laboratory tests, prescription medication management, along with education and promotion regarding health, fitness, and nutrition.
Intake Procedure: Schedule an appointment by calling.
Fees: Accepts Oregon Health Plan (OHP), certain private insurance plans, and offers a sliding scale fee structure. No student will be denied service due to inability to pay.
