Who can use this
- -Individuals aged 18-39 requiring breast or cervical cancer diagnostic services as determined by a clinician, regardless of gender -Individuals aged 40 and above needing breast or cervical cancer screening or diagnostic services, regardless of gender -Must reside in or plan to reside in Oregon -Household income must not exceed 250% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL) -Must be uninsured or have insufficient insurance coverage.
