This service provides comprehensive primary medical care for both adults and children, encompassing immunizations, mental health evaluations and counseling, women's reproductive health services (such as Pap tests and breast exams), family planning and contraception, pregnancy testing, prenatal care, and assessments for drug and alcohol use. Additionally, it offers help in applying for the Oregon Health Plan and private insurance options available through the Federal Health Exchange.

Intake Procedure: Appointments can be scheduled via phone.

Travel/Location: Accessible via TriMet bus lines 4, 16, 17, 44, and 75.

Fees: The service accepts OHP, Medicare, and various private insurances. A $35 fee is charged for uninsured patients, with sliding scale options available to assist with costs. No individual will be denied service due to an inability to pay.
